Make AIMSICD fully compatible FOSS

As per request of @tobykurien, I am opening this Issue to make our project fully FOSS by removing the binary JAR files (RootTools.jar, open-csv.jar, httpmime.jar) in the libs folder and include them from the Maven Central Repository. Feel free to add more things that possibly prevent us to be fully FOSS here.
