Settings icon same as "Hostile Tracking Detected"

Created by: david-nolastname

Sorry if this is the wrong way to reach out but I wasn't sure what else to do.

I installed the Android-IMSI-Catcher-Detector app and my icon indicates "hostile tracking detected." See screenshot: http://imgur.com/3cCxBHM

I'm really not sure what to do now. Is there a way for me to check to see if it's a false-positive?

Any thoughts or ideas most welcome. I just don't know what to do.

I'm using a Blackberry z30 in case that's of interest.
