Fixed issue with hard-coded strings in few classes, strings were moved to strings.xml ready to be translated. Since now, if you create new string/message that is shown to a user you should add new entry to values/strings.xml.

It was easy to 'fix' so I also took care of #383 (closed):

        Integer ncls = 0;
        if(tm != null) //https://github.com/SecUpwN/Android-IMSI-Catcher-Detector/issues/383
            ncls = tm.getNeighboringCellInfo().size(); // NC list size

Polish translations is finished, I hope I didn't miss anything screenshot_2015-04-22-22-55-32

Some of the strings are marked as translate="false" because I think they have international meaning/abbreviation (IMSI, GSM), so translator will have less work to do. I added empty German translation, it's empty so in this case Android will fallback to values in values/strings.xml instead of values-de/strings.xml. If you want to translate this application, I believe you can google it yourself how to do it, there are plenty different tools for different platforms, I use android-studio and IDEA Intelij. Technical details can be found here. #190 (closed) and # #383 (closed) can be closed, I think.
