Default icon type will now display correctly in preferences.
MASSIVE UI update see commit comment for full details, this change is only the start to allow multiple fragments such as advanced cell information (Neighbouring cells + more) and OEM_HOOK_RAW details to be displayed with fragment pages that are controlled through swipes.
