[REQ][scala-akka] Migrate client from Spray to Akka HTTP

The current scala-akka client is based on old versions of akka and spray. Spray is no longer maintained and has been superseded by Akka HTTP.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be interesting to migrate the scala-akka client to Akka HTTP.
