[BUG][KOTLIN] Kotlin client unescaped string template

Description

Property names that include a dollar sign are being interpreted by Kotlin as a string template.

Expected:

@SerialName(value = "\$special[property.name]") 

Actual:

@SerialName(value = "$special[property.name]")
