[BUG] Package declaration problem in openapi-generator module

Description

Noticed this problem after importing project into IDE - test class TypeScriptClientCodegenTest has package declaration "org.openapitools.codegen.typescript.fetch", but is located in "/openapi-generator/src/test/java/org/openapitools/codegen/typescript/" folder.
