[REQ] Add option to generate gradle project for spring libraries

We currently started using this and to convert it to a gradle project, we are having to convert it explicitly.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be to provide an option through which user can opt to generate gradle project

Describe alternatives you've considered

Currently running gradle init and converting maven to gradle.
