[typescript-fetch] correct oneOf model to `or` not `concat` when handling enums

This was report in 2019 https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-generator/pull/4387#issuecomment-557541270 shortly after the original PR the author noted it was not tested... I do not know how to add test code but if you point me in the right direction I can try!
