Fix enum code slowness

The enum processing code in the base class was very inefficient when the number of models are high. It was taking us about 2 hours to generate code for a spec that has 5000 model objects. After the change, it takes 3 mins to generate code. This PR adds a cache to make the code more CPU efficient. The generated code itself remains same.
