Fix documentation/config-help for users of AbstractJavaJAXRSServerCodegen, sourceFolder was wrong

The default for sourceFolder in the documentation was wrong.

    ./mvnw clean package 
./bin/generate-samples.sh
./bin/utils/export_docs_generators.sh

    The first two fail at the moment because of some unrelated python-experimental stuff, but I did run

     mvn clean package -DskipTests
./bin/generate-samples.sh ./bin/configs/java*
./bin/utils/export_docs_generators.sh

    successfully and added the changed files.

  • If your PR is targeting a particular programming language, @mention the technical committee members, so they are more likely to review the pull request.
