[dart-dio] handle polymorphism + discriminator serialization

This PR aims to add polymorphism support to dart-dio

TODO:

  • handle discriminator-based serialization/deserialization in schema with mapping specified - (how to handle it without mapping ?)
  • change allOf handling to implement base class/classes instead of duplicating the members
  • fix oneOf/anyOf support (done via https://pub.dev/packages/one_of)
  • write tests for polymorphism
