This is a bugfix for PR #12794. The method setOpenAPInullablesSetToNull() (which is used in the setters logic) was accidentally deleted by me from the model_generic.mustache, before the PR was merged. This PR re-adds it, and also adds tests for the "nullable" logic (that, if present, would have caught this bug).

Run the following to build the project and update samples:

./mvnw clean package 
./bin/generate-samples.sh
./bin/utils/export_docs_generators.sh

File the PR against the correct branch: master (6.1.0) (minor release - breaking changes with fallbacks), 7.0.x (breaking changes without fallbacks)
