[erlang-client] Fix url path generation being passed to hackney_url

This change is attempting to fix a regression in URL Paths in the erlang-client. The current pet_store sample erlang-client does not work against the real petstore.swagger.io because of a regression in the Path introduced in https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-generator/commit/cdc00769aadb46d4617fbec35daee643e95b7926.

Currently if one makes a request for pet id 10 the api client will make a request for %0a instead.

• File the PR against the correct branch: master (6.3.0) (minor release - breaking changes with fallbacks), 7.0.x (breaking changes without fallbacks)
• If your PR is targeting a particular programming language, @mention the technical committee members, so they are more likely to review the pull request.
