[Kotlin] Add kotlin.collections.Set support for unique item arrays

Adds support for kotlin.collections.Set array types, when interpreting ArraySchema.getUniqueItems()

PR checklist

  • Copy the technical committee to review the pull request if your PR is targeting a particular programming language.
