[scripts] Remove misspelled OPENAPI_GENERATOR_DOWLOAD_CACHE_DIR

Option is OPENAPI_GENERATOR_DOWNLOAD_CACHE_DIR, not OPENAPI_GENERATOR_DOWLOAD_CACHE_DIR (with a missing N)

PR checklist
