change absoluteRuntime to false which is the usual default.
fixes issues brought up here #4677
the imports in lib/api.js and lib/configuration.js are now relative.

Run the shell script(s) under ./bin/(or Windows batch scripts under.\bin\windows) to update Petstore samples related to your fix.
