[jaxrs-reasteasy-eap] Fix invalid Bean Validation annotations for Longs

jaxrs-resteasy-eap now uses the same Bean Validation templates as jaxrs-resteasy. fix: #5658 (closed)

PR checklist

  • Copy the technical committee to review the pull request if your PR is targeting a particular programming language.
