Validate pattern throws exception for double quote (") in regex PowerShell require "" to identify double quote (") in text.
Example : ValidatePattern("["A-Z]+-[0-9][0-9]") : Causes exception
Expected ValidatePattern("[""A-Z]+-[0-9][0-9]") : Fix the issue.
