[go-experimental] Fix marshalling of of go oneOf structures to work on non-pointer receivers

The MarshalJSON method has to be defined on a non-pointer receiver, otherwise serializing non-pointer oneOf structures wouldn't work properly.

PR checklist

  • File the PR against the correct branch: master, 4.3.x, 5.0.x. Default: master.
  • Copy the technical committee to review the pull request if your PR is targeting a particular programming language.
