[Java][Jersey2] Fix compiler warnings and improve error handling

1. Fix compiler warnings
2. Improve error message to provide context information.

PR checklist

• Run the shell script(s) under ./bin/ (or Windows batch scripts under.\bin\windows) to update Petstore samples related to your fix.
