This PR adds vars and requiredVars as a feature addition for https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-generator/issues/7613 We need to store vars and requiredVars to support use cases where our users include inline schema definitions.

You may regenerate an individual generator by passing the relevant config(s) as an argument to the script, for example./bin/generate-samples.sh bin/configs/java*. For Windows users, please run the script in Git BASH. -
