test: enable typescript-axios integration test

Hi everyone! I want to enable Typescript-Axios integration test to check if generated files works well. So I have modified some files including package.json and broken package-lock.json. Please check the detail I wrote below.

Changes

• (TravisCI) update nodejs from @8 to @12 since node@10 becomes EOL at 2021/04
• delete unused dependency and regenerate broken package-lock.json
• update outdated Typescript from v2.4.1 to v4.1.2(LTS)
• turn on typescript-axios integration test
