Added override handler to job opts (allows setting a friendly UI name)

Whilst using bull-arena, I could not find a way to have a friendly display name, based on the job data, without having to have a specific handler defined for it. This would potentially mean having one handler per job.

If this gets merged I'll update the ts definition files as well.
