[Post]: What is Semantic HTML?

Your idea

I'd like to write a post on what semantic HTML is, and why it's beneficial. I'll go into what you get when you use semantic HTML.

Outline (optional)

  1. What is Semantic HTML a. Structure b. Meaning
  2. What you Get with Semantic HTML
  3. References and Further Reading

Additional information (optional)

I used several posts as references for writing this. One that helped guide the way was Léonie Watson's Understanding semantics. It's possible that my post is too similar. It's worth digging deep to make sure it adds something substantial to the existing content already out there.
