I created a new page layout to help simplify some of the markup needed for pages like the checklist and resources.
I also updated the archive page. In light of the comment discussion previously, it seemed like a good idea to at least update the archive page by grouping by categories. Here is a screenshot
See commits for more detail. I wasn't sure about the css changes. It kept on changing them back after reverting them so I was assuming someone updated the bootstrap scss files and hadn't committed rendered css.
Let me know if you think this is too big of a change or if you would like to update anything.
