Addresses Issue #697 (closed)
Making an initial PR for feedback on the generated HTML and format of the front matter property. I will go back and edit older posts with "further reading" sections in another PR, or, if preferred, additional commits on this PR.
Ended up going with: title as a link - source (year)
The other formats proposed in the comments on the Issue seemed too verbose when I actually generated them.
