Adding Leonardo to the list of online tools and to development tools. Leonardo is a tool for generating colors based on target contrast ratios.
Why both?
Leonardo's web ui (https://leonardocolor.io) is a collaborative tool for designer and engineers. The web UI enables designers to create color palettes based on desired contrast ratios.
Leonardo is also available in npm at @adobe/leonardo-contrast-colors and is open source, so the github URL was posted under development resources.
