Hey there, just following up on #980 (closed) where the links in the README.md are all relative & therefore lead to 404 pages on github.com. So the goal of this PR is to make sure those links are valid.
It's possible I'm missing some context here, but I went ahead and updated the link paths in this PR and then removed the list of link references at the bottom of the file.
Please let me know if you disagree & I'm happy to restore / make changes.
