This PR addresses the missing post discovered in https://github.com/a11yproject/a11yproject.com/issues/965.
It also updates the Table of Contents styling to remove the .direct-link anchor elements that had previously been getting removed, as well as breaking out the content hiding selectors to make them a little more obvious.
