Changed lines 96 and 101 because of error "adobe240fps/test_list.txt" file not found.
I didn't read all the code so i don't know if this is the best method but for me it worked.

Removed channel wise mean subtraction from preprocessing of input. Output quality might degrade.

Problem: Some image pixel values getting loaded are different in CPU vs GPU.
