all navlinks are not visible in horizontal view of mobile

Describe the bug all navlinks are not visible in horizontal view of mobile. some user might use horizontal view to see the details clear in mobile.

To Reproduce go to https://www.covid19india.org/ open either in mobile or mobile view in desktop.

Expected behavior expanded navbar should be scrollable to see all the navlinks.

Smartphone (please complete the following information): Redmi 5, chrome browser.. but this problem is in almost all mobiles below 414px.
