Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. currently i found that our mobile users are facing difficulties in navigating between pages, they need to scroll up all the way to top, to navigate between pages.

Describe the solution you'd like my solution is to make navbar fixed, show navbar when user scroll up on pages and hide when scroll down.
