Toggle switch styling in dark mode

Describe the bug toggle switches on demographics and home page is not good enough in dark mode. it doesn't show toggling effect in dark mode.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: go to https://www.covid19india.org/ then scroll down near graphs and try to toggle switches in dark mode.

Expected behavior it should show some toggling effect in background.
