Support switching to active, recovered, and deceased stats on delta bar graph

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Now that MapExplorer on state page supports showing data for active, recovered, and deceased, we can show them on the delta bar graphs as well.

We will, however, not show delta values for active, recovered, and deceased for them.
