Single date showing twice in updates

Describe the bug Single date (27 April) showing twice in updates (one with data one with "No updates"). Also, when I was viewing the same on 27 April around 11:50 pm, it started showing 28th April as "No updates".

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on "Bell icon"
2. See, single date is visible twice in the list. (I don't know if it is happening only in midnight)

Expected behavior Only one date(27 April) should be visible in the list.
