Disable expand switch in demographics

Describe the bug expand switch always remains active even when there is no active case for a particular date on state/UT/District/city. it will be better if it will be disabled when there will be no cases, otherwise user will be little bit confused.

To Reproduce go to https://www.covid19india.org/demographics.

Expected behavior expand switch must be disable when there is no patients on that date.
