stop propagation for all tooltips

Describe the bug Stop propagation for all tooltips otherwise it is causing problem when viewing tooltip info on mobile devices because tap is interfering with their ancestor classes too. One tap on tooltip icon is not showing the info. Info is disappearing immediately.

Expected behavior In mobile devices, one tap should show tooltip info.
