showing pointer cursor on districts and last update on hover inside table.

Describe the bug in PC's hovering over districts, empty space and last update of state table showing pointer cursor on seeing pointer cursor it's feels like it's clickable.

To Reproduce go to homepage of website open dropdown of state and hover over districts, empty-space and last update text.

Expected behavior as we are currently showing pointer cursor only when something are clickable. so, it should show default cursor on hover over districts, empty-space and last-update text inside table.
