Bug - Hover State in Menu is not unset in Mobile Devices

Describe the bug This issue is there on both Dark and Light Mode on Mobile Devices. There are two bugs but both are related to hover state, so I am clubbing them together.

  1. After opening and closing the Menu, the hover state of the menu is not removed.
  2. If the menu is expanded and a user clicks outside, the hover state is removed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1st Issue

  1. Click the Menu Button on the Top Right, this opens the menu.
  2. Click the Menu Button again, this closes Menu.
  3. The Hover state on Menu is not removed.

2nd Issue

  1. Click the Menu Button on the Top Right, this opens the menu.
  2. Without closing the Menu, click on any empty space in the header.
  3. The Hover state on Menu is removed.

Expected behavior 1st Bug Upon closing the Menu, the hover state should not be present.

2nd Bug Upon clicking any empty space in the header, the hover state should not be removed from Menu.
