Expanded Navbar is not getting closed on first click of close btn in mobile device

Describe the bug on changing theme and clicking close btn, doesn't close navbar on first click, user need to click two times to close expanded navbar. even on click of close btn expand component render again.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior in mobile only:

  1. go to https://www.covid19india.org/
  2. click on menu btn.
  3. click on moon or sun icon.
  4. then try to close navbar by clicking close btn and then you will be able to see issue here.

Expected behavior navbar should close on first click on close btn.
