Menu Panel Scrollable

Describe the bug The Menu Panel in Android Phone is scrollable and should be fixed. To Reproduce

1. Go to the Site on an android phone.
2. Go to Menu
3. Scroll down and observe the issue

Expected behavior The menu panel should be fixed
