Sticky table header has transparent background color on hover

Describe the bug Sticky table header has a transparent background color on hover which shows the background text as well which in this case includes state names and confirmed/active/deceased counts.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to COVID19India
2. Hover over table header and scroll until you start seeing state names behind the table header.

Expected behavior Table header background should be opaque so no background text is visible.
