loader on patient data area (demographics page) until patient data get loaded

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. on demographics page, it's taking some time to load patient data. sometime user may visit downward and found that no patient data is there and moved on to next page. loading of patient data can be slow from various cause like internet slow, or any late response from api or something. it will be better user experience, if we can give some feedback to user that data is loading.

Describe the solution you'd like so, my solution is to show a loader on only patient data block (not whole page) until data get loaded and we have something to show them.
