Improve accessibility of tapping toggle switches using associated label

Describe the bug Toggle switch for scale mode - UNIFORM | LOGARITHMIC are not being toggled by clicking their associated labels. Hence reducing the tap/click area for smaller devices. toggle checkbox is missing the related id attribute which are being referred by the label element

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Home page'
2. Click on 'Scale Mode Label - Uniform | Logarithmic'

Expected behavior It should be toggled
