spinner on Demographic page on patient component

Description of PR

• spinner is added to only patient component (not whole demographic component) until patient data get loaded so, that user can read the text above it until it get loaded. use ctrl+shift+R to check it in action
• remove some console warning (unique key prop of child) from patient.js.
