FilterResourcesStep was only filtering localized string files in values- folder which ended with strings.xml. Localized string files can have any name so changing the filtering pattern from */strings.xml to /..xml and adding localizedStringFileName so localizable file names can be specified by users when filtering. By default it will be set to strings.xml
