Gh-Pages on Windows requires modifying the git remote

Created by: xnt

Installing and configuring gh-pages on Windows for a 2FA GitHub account doesn't work great by default. The easiest way I've found to make it work is as follows:

  1. Create a token
  2. Set the remote to include the user name and token
  3. Deploy

Is it OK if I make this change to the doc?

Note: on Windows with 2FA, if you get /dev/tty: No such a device or address or a similar error, try the follwing:

  1. Create a new Personal Access Token
  2. git remote set-url origin https://<user>:<token>@github.com/<user>/<repo>
  3. Try npm run deploy again
An error occurred while loading designs. Please try again.
