We'll re-add it after 2.x is close to shipping and we've decided about https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app/issues/4563.
For now I want to avoid adding docs for 2.x features unless we keep them all in a separate branch from next. I expect that many people will accidentally find them, and be confused what 2.x is and why they don't have it.
