docs: cli options added

Hi - thanks for the PR! What was your motivation in making the PR?

I think it's a good idea to add the CLI options, but perhaps below the Scripts section (potentially a subsection under Scripts, at the end).

I'm thinking it would be helpful to be explicit and add that you can access the options by typing create-react-app --help.

What do you think?
